While in the shower, scoop out a quarter-sized amount, and gently scrub all over your face and body (avoiding eyes) rinse and bask in that silky smooth skin.

Pro-tip: Use scrub on feet, with a pumice stone, for extra exfoliation during an at-home pedicure.
